When facebook generates a like button you have to adjust the width and height of the button to make it work. Just look in the markup language it generates and play around with the width/height tags and eventually it will show up the way you like it.
When you're "previewing" your changes, hold shift and click reload/refresh and it will cause the web browser to not display the cached markup language and it will start over.
You need a like button! Wonderful cartoon. :-)
