  1. COMPLETELY RELATED to the first part - though my preparatory tools are different; but the ending? WHAT? No devolution? What's that all about? ;)

  2. Dear Matt,

My name is Vered Seidmann and I am conducting a study on Autism and the Social Media. I am a PhD student at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information Studies (WKWSCI), in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. I study the voice and the presence of autism as reflected in social media. The direct voice of autistic people is under-explored and I find it extremely important to listen to the unique voice of autistic people. I was wondering if I can be in touch with you for more detailed explanation.
If you are willing, I would be very grateful to be in touch with you directly via e-mail and send you more detailed information. My e-mail address is: vered001@e.ntu.edu.sg .

    Thank you,
    Vered Seidmann

  3. Hi Matt I just saw your kids book on Amazon and traked down your blog. Seems we have a fair bit in common, I'm an illustrator too & I just illustrated a book about ASD. My partner has been saying I have aspergers for years (but I've never had it confirmed). My son has ASD which is why we did the book, it's called Why Does Sammy Do That? I've got a blog too the latest post is about the book please if you have a minute check it out http://derangedscratchings.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/my-illustrated-childrens-book-about.html

I was wondering when did you discover you had aspergers and how?

    1. Hi, thanks for stopping by. For me, it was 6 years ago. I did a lot of reading and learning until I felt comfortable self-identifying. Good luck with your book.

    2. Thanks Matt, I've followed your blog. I like your drawing style reminds me of some cartoons Picasso did. Which books did you read?

    3. The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome by Tony Attwood and Asperger's from the Inside Out by Michael John Carley are a good start.
